At MSMF we recently purchased a phone system and went through and install through STL Communications. I wanted to extend my “Thanks” for the beyond satisfactory service that we received from your organization. I wanted to acknowledge some critical employees that help make our overall experience a very pleasant one. My sales representative and technician.
I must say I was hesitant before this process even started, having been through a phone system purchase and install before that was needlesstosay a very memorable experience and not at all for a good reason. We were introduced/ referred to STL Communications through a former Zen-Tel employee, and were well down the process of selecting a phone system when Zen-Tel informed us their office was closing in STL. I was nervous I wouldn’t be able to find someone to work with like my former sales rep, but that quickly changed when I was introduced to your Sales Representative. Your rep was/is absolutely great, very easy going and helpful throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable of the Avaya system and very attentive to our company’s demands and expectations. He assured me on every visit to the office that he would ensure that all the expectations were met without hesitation. He also worked and helped me move our existing phone service from XO Communications to Windsream- this required countless conference calls for my boss to feel comfortable moving the service. Although most of all the calls with Windstream were very repetitive, he approached every call with professionalism and enthusiasm. The best part about the service from your sales representative is that it didn’t stop at just the sale, it continued and continues today as well. His service and care to our organization as far as exceeding the expectations that we had. I look forward to continuing working with him.
Unfortunately, I was more worried about the install, because our last install took over 8 hours to complete. Your technician is AMAZING. He definitely knows what he is doing and went above and beyond to ensure that we were up and running without any hiccups before he left the install. I was very impressed that almost all the phone programming was done offsite, and all the info. Pertinent to the company was well documented ahead of time. He was very considerate to my needs and the install was a huge success. The cutover from XO to Windstream literally took five minutes and happened without any complications all thanks to your technician.
Being in the service area and being a manager myself, I love to hear when my team does a great job. Furthermore when they go above and beyond to ensure our clients’ needs are being handled and met it’s even more of a blessing. Therefore, I wanted to be sure that I passed this experience on to you so you could know of an outstanding team you have behind you.
