STL Communications, Inc. Achieves Avaya Connect Services Expert Certification

St. Louis, Missouri – STL Communications, Inc. today announced that it has achieved Services Expert certification from Avaya, a global provider of business communications and collaboration systems and services. By gaining recognition as an Avaya Connect Services Expert, STL Communications, Inc. has demonstrated a proficiency in the skills and qualifications required for expert delivery of the full range of Implementation and Support Services to Avaya customers.

When seconds count, STL Communications’ technicians jump into action, which STL Communications, Inc. customer Arch Coal, of St Louis, Missouri quickly discovered. Arch Coal needed to replace a legacy phone system, even though the information on the hard drive was not recoverable, STL Communications, Inc. rapidly mobilized, assessed the problem, defined a plan, and installed a new phone system on-site in just two days.
