That means that YOU are responsible to upgrade, troubleshoot your own system and do your own moves and changes.
COST	STL Communications offers managed services at a 5 year/fixed rate per user pricing. Our pricing is based on monthly billing, with no unexpected taxes or fees.		Competitors best advertised rate is based on annual pre-payment for services. “Administrative fees” can be added or increased at any time per contract.
INSTALLATION	STL Communications employs our own implementation and technical teams to fully complete your installation and initial, even on-going, user training is included.		Other managed service providers offer limited, if any, assistance in setting up your system and training – and it’s not included in the monthly price! By the way – their support is often outsourced internationally.
MINUTES	With STL Communications, outbound calling minutes are pooled between all users, allowing power users to have the minutes they need.		Employees are limited to individual minutes used, leaving some employees to incur fees for going over their allotment of minutes while other employees’ minutes may not even be used.
CUSTOMIZATION	STL Communications offers customizable on-hold messages, music, external paging, and even analog devices, if desired.		Most managed service providers have limited (if any) options when it comes to customization like on-hold music, messages and external devices.
