What need or challenge prompted you to work with STL Communications?
Due to recent events related to the pandemic, Concordia Plan Services had a pressing need to expand on the functionality of our current platform. Because of the long-standing relationship with STL Communications, we felt they could provide the best service and support to move our organization forward quickly.

How did STL Communications help you solve that problem?
In partnership with their leadership and technical team, they were able to develop a solution that provided CPS the flexibility to have staff work remotely along with enhancing the remote experience with the addition of new tools and phone technologies.
