Our Total Voice option for an onsite customer is a great option because we can still provide the same support and trunking for a system that is on premise, but support a wider variety of endpoints and additional levels of survivability for the system. This makes the solution perfect for a customer that does not want to manage the day to day operations of their solution but has the legacy wiring in place that would make it overly expensive to move to a full VOIP solution.
STL also provides cellular failover for the trunking all under a managed OPEX model as opposed to a purchase. Because the phone system is onsite there will be no interruption of internal service allowing the system to still be used as an intercom solution.
