Technical Services Superhero Specialist

STL Communications is looking for a very special TECHNICAL SERVICES SUPERHERO SPECIALIST to assist with our continued growth. The ideal candidate has 10 plus years of experience hands on experience in networking/data/voice and is ready to move to the next level. Technical certifications from Avaya/Cisco/HP/Microsoft are helpful but not required.

This position reports directly to the VP of Technical Services and is responsible for providing accurate cost estimates and SOW documents for:

* Projects
* New installs
* Upgrades
* Large services projects

Working alongside our team of Technology Sales Superheroes and design specialists this individual will work to ensure that our projects are delivered on budget, on time and with the best level of customer service possible. Developing SOW documents, performing site surveys, attending kickoff meetings, coordinating with contractors are just some of the daily duties of this position.
