STL Communications Achievs Avaya’s Highest Standard of Customer Service Award

STL Communications has been recognized by Avaya for achieving their highest standard of customer service and has been awarded the Avaya Partner in Customer Excellence Designation. The Partner in Customer Excellence Designation is awarded to an Avaya Business Partner for achieving superior customer satisfaction over the past 12 months including both sales and support services to Avaya customers. Only a select group of Avaya Business Partners have attained the Partner in Customer Excellence Designation.

Avaya Partners are required to survey their customer base and the results are compiled by AVAYA, each Partner must maintain an average score of at least 4.3 out of a possible score of 5.  STL Communications has received the highest possible customer satisfaction rating from their customers, scoring 5 out of a possible 5 AVAYA rating, earning AVAYA’s Partner in Customer Excellence for 2012.
