What do you do to keep your business alive when your phone lines go down?

Whether your business has an on-premise phone system or a cloud-based system they are all susceptible to service interruptions from your phone company.

If your business has experienced this in the past, you well know the pain of calling the telephone company and having them tell you either they see nothing wrong on their end or that they already know about the problem and “are working on it” with no ETA on restoration. Meanwhile, your customers cannot contact you causing them frustration at the least and, at worst, allowing them to pick up the phone and call a competitor translating into long term loss of profit for your company that you may never be able to earn back again.

There is a low-cost solution that will allow you to use your local cell phone service to keep critical line of communication up while your telephone companies lines are out of service.  This device is called Cradlepoint and is a simple box that is integrated with your phone system, weather on premise or cloud based, that can be loaded with SIM cards to keep critical access phones up in your business during telephone line service interruptions.
