Effective April 1, 2019, STL Communications, headquartered in Chesterfield, MO, has acquired the assets of STL On-Site.

Steve Leidholdt, President/CEO of STL Communications, and Paul Arthur, President of STL On-Site, have worked together for the past several months on the logistics of this acquisition to ensure that it is a win/win for both organizations and, most importantly, for their customers.
